We have signed up to do the four day UTMR. We are living in Amsterdam and given the flat terrain here, we are coming up with a training plan that includes functional strength/stairs/intervals etc in order to compensate for no hills. Please let us know if you would like to join us. We will be starting a meetup group closer to Summer - involving other runners or people just wanting to get fit and have some fun with us.
